We specialise in creating the cake of your dreams for your special occasion. We make tiered cakes, numbers, letters & shapes, kids cakes, layered cakes, corporate cakes, wedding cakes…..

Cake Types
Specialty Tiered Cakes
For those special occasions when you really want a WOW factor! These 2 tiered cakes serve 40-100 guests. Priced from $180.
Numbers, Letters & Shapes
Choose your shape, letter or number for on your special occasion. Options include 2 or 3 layers, cake or biscuit. Priced from $180. 2-3 weeks notice is required for specific letters/shapes.
Chocolate
If you love chocolate, then chocolate on chocolate is the way to go! Dark, milk or white, whatever you love! To get the best chocolate flavours, I use a combination of black cocoa and chocolate.
Kids
Let me take the hassle out of your child’s birthday party with a delicious creation. Let yours or your child’s imagination run wild!
Lovely Layered Cakes
Tasty, textured and a statement cake ready to be cut and shared! Layered cakes serve between 15-40 guests Priced from $150.
Cake Flavours
Choose your cake flavour – Chocolate, vanilla, red velvet, caramel, peppermint, orange, chocolate swirl, rainbow
Icing
Choose your icing – Buttercream, fondant, chocolate ganache, vanilla, red velvet, caramel, peppermint, orange, chocolate swirl, cream cheese
Theme and colour combinations
Choose your theme. Do you want something modern or more traditional, fun or indulgent? With some notice most themes are possible.
Decorations
Decoration options include : themed sweet adornments, meringues, macaroons, real flowers, buttercream flowers, chocolate decorations, fruit or flowers, cake lace, silk flowers, chocolate waves, edible images.

REFUND POLICY
- Once you’ve picked up a custom order from Bluebird Baking Studio, we can’t offer refunds for any reason.
- Given the perishable nature of our products, refunds or exchanges will only be considered for incorrect orders.
- In the unlikely event that your goods have been damaged will in transit, please contact us immediately.
- Sometimes you might share an image of a cake for inspiration. While we try to meet your needs and expectations, there may be some small variances as our cakes are handmade.
DELIVERY & PICK UP
Pick up available from East Jindabyne NSW 2627. Pick up time to be arranged.
Delivery is available to areas within the Snowy Mountains region. Availability and pricing will be confirm during the order process.
HOW TO ORDER
STEP 1 – INSPIRATION
Look for your inspiration image for your upcoming event, think about style, flavours, guest number, colours etc.
For weddings and engagements, complete the ‘Wedding Order Request Form’. For all other celebrations ‘Celebration Order Request Form’. If you just have questions, complete the ‘Contact & questions Form’.

STEP 3 – SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
Complete the relevant form with as many details as possible as you can confirm.
STEP 4 – ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL SENT
You will receive an email to confirm the receipt of your completed form. All of your details will be confirmed via email including availability, requested delivery or pick up time and a final cost.
STEP 5 – PAY DEPOSIT TO CONFIRM ORDER
A deposit is required to confirm your order. Please make deposit using phone number as pay id 0404884303.
$50 for Celebration cakes and $100 for Wedding cakes.
Please note: Deposits are non refundable.
STEP 6 – ORDER PAYMENT
For Celebration cakes, all payments are required prior to pick up.
For Wedding cakes, all payments ARE required 2 weeks prior.
Please note: No refunds within 7 days of the event or for externally ordered decorations (flowers etc) or fondant figures/flowers made for your order.
