Orders are baked Wed to Friday and we ship these days. Please allow 1-3 business days for dispatch and 3-7 days for delivery.
All cookies are made fresh and time is required to ensure icing and cookies are ready for packaging and travel.
Please ensure you allow enough time for delivery for time sensitive occasions.

Only specific products qualify for shipment. We take every precaution to ensure your products reach you swiftly and in impeccable condition, utilising Australia Post.

Should you opt out of requiring a signature upon delivery during checkout, please understand that we cannot assume responsibility for the whereabouts or condition of your order upon arrival. In this instance, please contact AusPost.

Issues with your order once they have been sent via AusPost are no longer in our control. By all means use the tracking sent from AusPost when you placed your order. In the event you are unsure where your parcel might have been left, please contact AusPost.

We do not ship to PO BOXES. You must provide a residential shipping address on your order, or it may be held by your local post office until you provide a valid residential address.

• Once you’ve picked up a custom order from Bluebird Baking Studio, we can’t offer refunds for any reason.
• Given the perishable nature of our products, refunds or exchanges will only be considered for incorrect orders.
• We do not accept returns for perishable items due.
• In the unlikely event that your cookies have been damaged will in transit with Aust Post, please contact us immediately.
• Because we make custom cakes, there maybe some variation in colours. Sometimes you might share an image of a cake for inspiration. While we try to meet your needs and expectations, there may be some small variances as our cakes are handmade.
